HOTU:...kind of a stupid question, really ( may contain spoilers )

What someone else posted in another thread got me thinking - let's say I'm going to create an evil character that goes around killing practically everything that moves, including key persons such as the Seer, Nathyrra, Valen, etc etc... can I even finish the game? I know that due to PvP settings, hurting one Friendly automatically turns all the others against me - so I'd not only be stuck fighting off the army of the Valsharess, but possibly also the army that's supposed to help me in this fight, right?
Actually, let's go back a little - if I were to kill, say, the innkeeper in Waterdeep - can I even get down to Undermountain in the first place? NWN, as far as I know, is almost set up to force you to make some "good" choices, so how evil can a character really be before the game doesn't move forward anymore? Killing the Seer, for example - she's required for a key scene before the battle with the Valsharess... will the game just respawn her?
This is all on a very theoretic level, of course. I'm just wondering if anyone ever played a character that evil. I haven't, and my guess is that there are some Friendlies that simply cannot be killed, because otherwise, you'd simply be stuck.
