SoU Arcanist Tower

I have the portable door (arcanist chambers) but when i use it it says that it is not a suitable place to use it. Where should i use it?

Oh... tat problem. I had that too.
Try walking around in the same map. Walk outside the room along the corridors and try getting the door again.
In case you are wondering if this is a bug or u missed something to cast the door, u didn't. just try walking around more and casting the door again.
