Well you can divorce her through the use of a very thorough beating... though that does nothing and the game does not recognise this.

i know how you can divorce her its easy just get her in the bedroom and beat her to death you inherit bowerstone and all her money as oh and ofcourse the best bit the satisfaction and pleasure of killing ppl
