I have completed NWN and I have the other expansion packs. After these are loaded, do I have to create all new characters or can I bring in my character from NWN? These packs look awfully small and I don't see a beginner getting very high in levels. Second, which one should I play first, I have the diamond pack so do I play Shadows or Hordes first

Making a new character works for both expansions. SoU works with a brand new level 1, and in HotU, it automatically gives you fifteen levels. Your NWN character would work if it was at least double digits as far as levels go.
It doesn't really matter which expansion you play first. Just keep in mind you get a starting level 15 in Hordes. Hope that helps.

hordes of the underdark sort of continues on from shadows of the undrentide but not in any big way as to affect the story or game that much. i'd recommend a brand new character for SOU as it is ridiculously easy (and boring in my view) if you use a high level character to do it. as for HOTU, it doesn't really matter if you use a character from the first campaign, from SOU or create a new one as by the end of chapter 1 they will all end up at pretty much the same level as each other anyway.

This has been up many times, please try and search the forums before posting.
And I know that in the HOTU manual, it also sais this.
I'm closing this topic.
