problem with resistance

i have problem with resistance. my hero is out of it. nothing helps. she goes sleep, and after that her resistance is full, but she is out of it very quickly, even with no running (for example). it lasts already a few days!! i don't know what to do!! :( (sorry for my english, i'm still learning)
