hi i want to know how do u get to the lower levels of the telos military base in star wars kotor II?

Well - the first way to actually getting help would be to post in the right forum, for instance the forum clearly labeld: Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II
(secondly, a better thread title might also improve your chances to get help)

You can't; the lower levels should have led to the HK Factory, but this was cut (presumably when the game was rescheduled for a US Xbox christmas launch).
Alternatively, you can wait for the [url="http://www.team-gizka.org/"]TSL Restoration Project[/url] to finish. This "completion" mod will add the HK Factory back into the game (amongst other things).

When this will be actually finished, or if it even a priority at the moment, is another story.
Obsidian has taken on other projects, which severly limits the man power be allocated to this project. More likely then not, they will not release it for quite some time. My guess is you will hear about KotOR III before KotOR II releases this addition, or, they will compltet this before continuing on to another title, which is unlikely.

Erm... The TSL Restoration Project are not related to Obsidian Entertainment in any way, so OE's other commitments and man power are beside the point.
The project is purely fan-supported. It is presently nearly three-quarters complete and beta-testing has just begun.

Strange, lately all my information I have been recieving has been wrong. Typically game makers follow games and create the mods on their own, and rarely let fans deal with it.
*shrugs*
I have been wrong before.
So... this is a mod being made by fans? I had no idea. How are they incoorporating charatcers voices?
