I did that kill the Lich thing and found that door that I couldnt open, but How do you get the key? the walkthru said I have to kill sendai and abzigail but who are they and where are they?

Follow the main quest. This should open two new areas on your world map so you can go after Abagizal and Sendai. Neither of them are at Amkethran.
I think the meeting when you first enter Amkethran adds the areas to the map, or should do at least.
Should be in the TOB forum...
