vanishing items (BD)

Not sure whats occured here but a few weird things have occured in Beyond Divinity
1.... Both my Pyramids vanished after act 2.
2.... Brought some dragon arrows and also picked some up after killing guy at the mines when u get the crystal....they have dissappeared
3.... The room with the 4 keys n 4 chests (gold,wood etc) ...dosent matter which key i pick up it vanishes and cant open any chest
any ideas???
