can't find stone axe

I have completed most of the quests to assemble the consul of seven,
But cant find axe :confused: HELP !!!!!!!!

You have to start at the southwest part of the Dwarven Halls. There's a passage there that will lead to some mines. Explore the mines fully, and you should get the Axe.
I'd rather be part bull than a complete sheep.
