lost key help help help

okay so I'm bored enough to be playing a game that is OLD but it was given to me and I can't find a stupid key. According to a walkthrough that I read I am supposed to have it (small platinum key - from a room that has the seal of Mythanthor in the Halls of Light - top left on map) since I have the glove I ransacked from the room but I don't have it. I am going insane trying to find cheats that will enable me to find an override to fabricate a key or something. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, can someone help me?
