Please tell me where numbers 12. 13. and 14 are located on the Gamebanshee Walkthrough Map. I can not find the jailed guy.

Aye, Refer to the walkthrough
I had a hard time myself finding him, but i followed the walkthrough step by step and got him released. Follow the Map to the tee.

There are two maps on the page. The locations you're looking for are on the small map about halfway down.
