need help duel classing!

I recently re-installed ToB and want to make a wizard slayer/thief and a kensai/mage. my problem is that I cant find my instruction booklet, so i cant see whats the highest level i can get to in wizard slayer/kensai to then duel to thief/mage. could someone please help me out?
