O.k, here's my problem, my Text is shrinking! I look at Magrus's signiture and its smaller than before, I check my email and the text is smaller. I have no idea how it happened, but I want my text to be normal again, It just happened out of random, I sent an email, and I saw the text shrink. Could someone help me?

Go to internet explorer.
Go to view up at the top.
Go down to Text size in the view folder
go to normal text
click.

most standard settings in windows will have ctrl+mouse wheel scrolling making the text larger and smaller.
I've yet not met a standard installation of windows where this wasn't the case, back from since I started using scroll mouses.

Is there anyway to disable it?

It's pretty handy, actually... Just don't let your arm/head/whatever rest on the keyboard when you're scrolling...
