Has anyone had this problem? As I enter through the "arrow door" once the arrow is pointing at it the game freezes up on me and crashes. Then my computer freezes up and the music plays like a broken record and I have to restart. What does this sound like to anyone? I just want to play my game.

Sounds like either a faulty installation or that there is some thing in the game which conflicts with other software.
Is your game patched fully?

Does it only happen at that specific location? Possible try to back up your savegames and reinstall the game from fresh.
Also check what other process/programs that are running - and perhaps try and shut down antivirus software (if running naturally)

I was hoping I might just get lucky with something simple but I guess I'll just re-install and if it's faulty than I don't really want to buy another version just to beat the last level of the game. Thanks for your help though.
