Prologue Freeze

I just got Icewind Dale and tried to start a game but at the prologue screen where the guy says the story the game doesn't load when he is done talking and I press "done." If I click somewhere, the dialogue of the player plays but all I see is "replay," "done," and the picture of Easthaven. Can someone please help me? Interplay's site does not work. Does anyone know of another support site. All help is appreciated.
