You are asked to take down a renegade Marauder named Guire Boarbone, who is ambushing travelers on the road between Arindale and Fargrove
TELL ME WHERE can U FIND Guire Boarbone
. Pinpoint the location for me please guys

He ambushed me at near one of the crossings between arindale and fargrove. Cannot say which one... to long ago
. He attacks with some guards

I found him just before the Gates to Fargrove so you better head all the way back to Fargrove.

I think that you just have to go up and down the road for a while (slowly), so that random encounters can take place. Concentrate more to fargrove than to arindale for this.

i TRIED IT FOR MORE THAN 4 HOURS STILL NO EFFECT, IS THIS A BUG????

Which version are you using. If you are using 1.0, then try to talk about the quest again (somehow), then it could be, that you had not finished the talk completly.
I remember that someone else had the same Problem... but I do not know how it was solved. Perhaps you try first something else and/or search the forums (this and the official one) for this quest. Sorry that I can not help more.

I was running backwards and forwards from Arindale to the Bolen Fields sign near Fargrove and it wasn't until I went all the way to Fargrove that it spawned him. It seemed to be just after it paused for a second to load the area that he popped up.
