HK-50s *spoilers*

I did a search for a thread on this but didn't find one, so if there was one, phbt.

I was wondering if anyone's figured out how to find the HK-50 factory. HK-47 just tells me to wander around and we'll attract the attention of a 50 with the sonic imprint device, but the fact is, by the time you get HK-47 working, you don't get any more opportunities to fight an HK-50 (the only ones you find after Peragus and Telos are on Nar Shaddaa, and you have to get the chassis from one of them to finish HK-47). I know one of the "cut" scenes in the game was supposed to be HK-47 interrogating an HK-50, but I was wondering if anyone found the factory. I got *some* kind of patches that were supposed to reintroduce content that was lost, but so far I'm seeing no difference.

It's content left out due to early release dates. Sad but true. We'll either have to wait for the modding community or Lucasarts to sort this out.

WAIT NO MORE! Modders have sorted this out and xbox users can go to http://home.alltel.net/jls31.html for the droid factory.

Was it the Force? Or the fact that when you clicked on it, the link didn't work. :p

Anyway, I thought I had installed the patch to re-add the droid factory, which is why I started this thread. But so far, nill. I was trying to search every planet I'd been to up until Dxun/Onderon, which was the last place I had to go to; sadly, when I got to Dxun, I decided I wanted to start a new game, just so I could have it going and remember to do things differently, but when I started that game, my original saves got deleted. So right now, I'm en route to Telos. Oh, what fun.

Your saves aren't deleted. Press the Switch Character button in the Load screen. The game is nice enough to save each game session under a different directory so saves do not overwrite each other from different playthroughs. It really is one of the nicer features of the game.
