help for Paladin

I'm a lvl 25 Paladin and I cant get the lvl 4 Paladin spells. I have 20 for Int and 16 for Wis with enhancements(+3 Wis amulet, for example) and 11 Int and 13 Wis without the enhancements. Can anyone tell me why I can't get the lvl 4 spells? Thanks a bunch...

Boost your wisdom to 14 with your next ability increase and you'll be able to get them. You need a BASE wisdom score of 14, not with bonus's from items or spells.

Thanks-I susected as such but didn't want to keep working to get so much XP to level up without selecting the appropriate ability to increase
