I have been ambushed by Vardoc already but I can't seem to find the second note that tells the cult's location. Does anyone know where I can get this second letter so I can continue to Luskan. thanks for your time.

There are a couple of different places. The one I usually wind up using is the crazy guy in the Charwood Inn (across from the Mayor's House). Another location is the mad dwarf in the Spirit of the Woods area.
