Right, my problem is, i need to sail to thanatos.. sounds easy and no problem right? wrong.

I played this game before, but just played linear so this time i decidede to explore a bit.

So im wandering around the world, and i clear out most areas, i come to the bangellian deeps, i find the bangellian blade or whatever it's called, and i equip it on a follower because i think, "that's got some nice mods on".

So of i go, carrying on throguh my adventure, i get to Quintarra, and virgil leaves, fine i new that was going to happen. I meet up with him again in Caladon after ressurecting the fool. To find he's lost all his items, *BRILLIANT -,-*

I think, fine.. i'll just get him some new stuff... won't be a problem, so i continue... i get the quests from stringy pete; Give back the treasure, repair altar and "Destory the bangellian Blade (whatever it's called)"

i think to myself, "great it screwed, i'veclost the blade" nevertheless i complete the other 2 quests and go to the bangellian deeps thinknig the sword may respawn in the chest, so i go there to no avail, i head back to pete and i can't complete the quest.

And before anyone says anything, NO i cant gamble the boat abck as i have no skill points in that skill and i'm already lvl, 46 and NO i can't kill pete and the skeletons because they're so bloody difficult, so please, anyone got any ideas? if so please HELP ME

Hrm and you can't buy a boat why? There should be a guy that sells a boat to you at the docks in the same city as where you can gamble for one.

For some reason when I just attacked Stringy Pete after I initiate and done some of the missions he didn't do anything and just stood there, maybe a glitch that might work for you too.

Two points into the nature spell "Entangle" will let you disable enemies by rooting them to the spot until you start attacking them as well.

Finally you could try using the "Mysterious Gem" gained from the Ancient Game in Black Root to summon an extremely meaty hafling mage to help yourself.
