[Spoily Goodness ahead.]

Another bug...

During the three Jedi Master's with Kreia thing on Dantooine my game crashes, everytime. Kreia knocks them over makes a neat little speech bends over me and ... puke green screen comes up, and stays there. Anything I can do to stop this? I want to be able to play the rest of the game.

Report it to Obsidian and pray that the patch will fix it, and be out soon.

Other than that try changing some of the detail settings, anything really just to get it through that point.
