I've obviously missed something, because after the electric beams in the basement, there is a door that has a card reader on it - and I have no card. I found a couple of keys, but not that one, obviously. Where is it? I've looked at a walkthough in frustration, but it looks as though I actually have found everything mentioned in the walkthrough.

Also, how do you toggle between first and third person view? In third person, I can't really do anything useful except fight, but I can't work out how I'm switching back and forth, and can't do it when I want to.

If I'm not mistaken, there's a guard in front of that door. Kill him and take the key card.

Key To Door

The key to the last door is in one of the rooms before the door you have to put the 4 digit code into. IIRC its on the counter. Switching between persons is the letter "Z".

When I had that problem, it turned out that a guard had run away from me - go guard-hunting and you should come across one with the card.

BTW - if your lock-picking is not up to the door, you can go back later.

the book and the clue as to who NOT to side with is worth the effort.
