I have tried for days to get Chiron ot get me down the river at the docks. He says away I go but nothing happens. Am I missing something??

I went back and back tracked everything. I have completed all missions and done everything at this point in chapter one.

I need serious help here as I am completely stuck and cannot finish the chapter.

Well - sounds as a bug, but I've not encountered it before (neither read nor experienced).

Is your game patched fully? If not that would be the first step.
