No, I keep talking to him untill he runs out of things to say. I get 300 exp.! :D
But then again, I am the mighty hero of the Sword Coast, so killing him doesn't suite my image...

No.
It's Whelp at the Friendly Arm Inn. He keeps wanting to use my eye as a testing ground for tainted metal. I always expect him to say something different.

Yes - if evil.
No - if good.

I had to vote "no" as my last run-through was with a good PC & party. However my current run-through is with an evil PC and party, so the answer will be "YES!!". :p

Cheers,
TGHO

Noober's death is a definate must. I can't help killing him if I'm playing an evil party. He is just way too annoying and from the Role-Playing perspective you'd have to get pissed off at him. The first time I played through I had to sit there and watch him bug my party, because I was playing a good party. It drove me nuts!

When I was young in Nashkel, I found myself running away from old Noob's. Then in awe at the experence bonus. If felt that was worth his salvation and my redemption. I figure he is just a curious peasent and I am a lordly outlander if only novice.

I killed him. I am playing a Paladin and I still killed him. I took out my frustrations on him with my sword. I kept thinking if what I want to do to people where I work who continue to ask stupid nonsense questions. I thought of them and sliced him apart. If I knew of the XP for letting him live he could have have kept his head.
Oh well, I guess that is why I lost a Rep. point.

I killed him recently, and lost no reputation for doing so. My party didn't complain, either, and they're a goodly bunch.
