Trouble with computer at Ashtana

SOU: Trouble with computer at Ashtana
When I start chapter 2 of SOU and talk to Ashtana the trader the computer lags terribly! Quiting and starting again doesn't help. Everytime I start to talk to him it screws up. Anyone know how I can fix this? I have tried lowering all the graphic settings but it doesn't help. I haven't had any problem with lag until that spot. Can someone please help?!
