hi, i have a big Problem.
i just bought another 512 Ram(have 1024 Ram now), so i can finally play the Game without performance Problems.
but after i bought the Ram, the Game crashes and returns to the Desktop.
as i had 512 Ram only, i didnt have that Problem.
i can play it now, but after 1 Minute or so, the Game just exits to the Desktop.
what the matter damn? i even patched that Game.
shure with 512 Ram, i had performance Problems in town, and now
the Performance Problems are gone, but it just exits to the Desktop after
1 Minute.

You can't crash from too much RAM.

If the RAM is bad, or incorrectly installed, or something else was messed up during installation, then you could crash.

but i even re - installed my display Driver ( ATI Catalyst 4.11 )
but the Problem still exists.
now the game even crashes at the beginning, where i can spend my status points.
but the Problem happened directly AFTER i bought my new Ram, and removed
my old one
old Ram was: Kingston 512
my new one is : 1024 Infineon
and iam really shure that my Ram is insert correctly.
i even reads 1GB Ram at my PCs status screen now.

i am strongly recomand that u run some benchmarks on your new RAM ... it is obvious that your problem appear after u instaled new chip ... so stress him a little and see if its not damaged in any way ... hope that its not the case but it is one thing that i could think of ...

damn i dont have any Benchmark. know a site where i can download it?
but i mean, if the RAM would be damaged, i would be displayed somehow,
because at my PCs status screen it shows 1GB Ram.
and the other Games i have, run better than ever with this new Ram.

noo, i dont mixed them.
i had 512 Ram from Kingston (2 x 256) and removed it.
and bought 1024 Ram from Infineon ( 2 x 512 )
just after i put the Infineon RAM into the slots, this Problem started.
the Game just crashed and exits to Desktop, at point where it never did before with my 512 from Kingston. thats what i dont understand.

Go to
http://www.memtest86.com and follow the instructions on the site to create a boot disk. Run it overnite, and see if it returns any errors. More than likely your Ram is borked... if not your Ram, then the slot on your mobo. Tell us what happens after downloading that.
