does your personal crystal do anything? Krei focused it or whatever once and then I had the option for her to do it again but by the time that happened she didn't want to talk because I needed to get to Dantooine to meet the Jedi and yea you know what happens from there

Each time you refocus it with her, it becomes stronger and adds more stats.

Nah, it has a max stats i think. When you are max evil or max good that is the only good your crystal can do. Mine i think is 3+ for Wisdom charisma strength and dex. and some other neat stuff...(ls)

Your level affects it, too.

I've got +7 wisdom, and +6 or 5 strength and dex. +5 damage for light side, and some other things i can't recall.

yeah.. at higher levels the stat boosts are ..um.. more. lol. i got +8 charisma +7 str +6 dex and +5 dark side power.. and i think knockdown. or something along those lines.

How often do you go back to her for refocusing? I got it to glow moderately.

I guess just when you feel like it, i never even took out the crystal the first time i played and i still beat the game.

I generally checked in with Kreia after finishing each planet. She'll tell you if it needs to be refocused. You might want to try to have her in your party and see if you can refocus it before going back to the Ebon Hawk upon finishing the final planet...<spoiler omitted> (Never tried getting her to refocus it off the Ebon Hawk though)

Perhaps one of you can help me with this... I just got the personal crystal on Dantooine. Even though I am extreme light side, the crystal seems to be restricted to both dark side and neutral. Is this a glitch, or am I supposed to do something that I have not yet done?

That seems rather odd. Since I believe what the game actually does when Kreia "refocuses" it is to destroy it and recreate it (you get an item lost and an item gained message), you might have to wait until she refocuses it, and then maybe it will get corrected.

Where did you all find your personal crystal? In the walkthrough, I listed the Dantooine Crystal Cave as one location.

There is only one location, and that is the cave on Dantooine.

Completely sure. You can only get one in the game (besides a weird glitch that can duplicate your lightsaber), and it is always there.

It's true you can only get one, but the same is true of the lightsaber parts as well and you can find them on any planet.

Yeah, but this is a static part of the game. It'd be helpful if you could get the crystal on your first planet no matter where you went, but it's confined to Dantooine.

personal crystal copy

My brother found a way to copy your crytal by somehow getting visa to equip it then dupliating her saber with the crystal in it. He ended up with two sabers with four of the crystals in there, gave him like +20 on his stuff.

I accidentally made a copy of a lightsaber...I'd like to find out how to do it again...does anyone know how to dupe a saber?
