Cargo Ship. Another bug?

Impossible to complete it. I sneaked throughout the ship without being noticed (sneaking 9) but when I'm leaving and I should pass by the police, he always catches me. I've tried to put him into a trance and leave, but when I get to LaCroix I can only answer "All massacred". Why? Is that why I cannot get the haven Downtown?

Yeah, that's really lame... Try a noclip command in the console to get around that, maybe. Which guard catches you, exactly? I've had no problems with this in the four times I've done it. And no downtown haven is because of the massacre, yes. And 9 in sneaking??? At the Dane? Hmmm...

It isnt about not being detected.
You're not allowed to kill anyone.
Are you sure you left everyone alive?

On your way back to ship the doorway is blocked by a policeman. You can go another route instead if you remembered to unlock all the doors with the terminal

I killed nobody. Nobody said "freeze" or something similar. I've also tried "no clip" and it's useless. Too many strange things on this game.

The only bug I found once on the Elizabeth Dane level was the first policeman looping "Yo pal, over here! Yo pal, over here!..." without being able to start any dialogue
