Do you wish to overwrite savegame?

Help me!
After playing pretty far on the good campain on Battles for Middle Earth (I was on battle 25 I think) I decided to play a bit on the evil campain. This went well untill I was going to save and quit. However, I was quite tired and thus I accidentially overwrote my old savegame!!

Now, I know that I have only myself to blame since there is a very clear message asking if one wants to overwrite a savegame, but I had saved so many times during my good campain play that I simply didn't read those messages anymore.

What I am wondering is this: Does anyone know if there exists an emergency backup save or whatever that allows me so continue playing on my good campain? (I only used one save slot [stupid, stupid me!]) Or do I have to start all over again?

btw, pressing the "Continue campain button only brings up the evil one since that was the last one I played.

Appreciate any help and/or suggestions

I think your screwed.
A good tip what i do is makeing 5 savegames called (in the BFME case) Sauron I, II, III etc.
And then always save over the last one.
That has saved me from your problem tons of times, and you can reload in a battle more easaly.

Bummer!

Oh well, I'll probably have alot of free time during christmas, but still, some of the battles I really didn't want to replay. I guess I have to increase the difficulty this time to make a change.... :(
