In my experience they all will. But you can be certain that the one when you enter the guildhouse of the Shadowthieves will, the one in Vaemar's guidhouse until you kill him, and the one in the sewers beneath the temple district.
Best wishes; Palle

Those are three that will, but most other vendors will not buy fenced goods, including walkeen's promenade, the copper coronet, and the ones in trademeet won't.

There's a fence that comes out in the slums only at night just to the east of the Copper Coronet, I've found.

I think that Roger, or whatever his name is, in the sewers under the Temple District buys fenced gods too.

Fenced goods are items you stole from a merchant. Somehow all merchants everywhere, no matter if they're in Atkathla, Ust'Natha or the Sahuagin city seem to have a sixth sense for stolen items and won't buy them

(with the exception of the merchants mentioned above)

Maybe in Fauren shopkeepers hand out receipts for your purchases...

"Fenced goods" are items that have been stolen from stores. Actually, the merchants who won't buy them should tell you, "I don't buy stolen goods." The merchants who buy stolen goods are doing something known as "fencing", so actually, when a "fence" buys stolen goods (or "fences" them), that's when the merchandise becomes "fenced goods".
But anyway, there are several merchants who will buy stolen goods:
- Roger in the sewers beneath the Temple District
- the merchant (Lilly?) in the Shadow Thief compound
- the merchant who stands next to the Jansen house in the Slums District
- Gorch in Mae'Var's guildhall
- a merchant who appears on the west side of the market next to the Five Flagons Inn
There are probably other merchants who will buy stolen goods, but those are the only ones I can think. I'd be surprised if there wasn't at least one merchant in the Underdark who would buy stolen goods.
@Squee--If you're talking about a +2 halberd that you found in Watcher's Keep, that's a bug (the item was accidentally marked with a stolen goods flag). At least one of the Fix Packs I'm aware of (probably Baldurdash) will fix it for you.

A little quote from the GameBanshee Walkthrough :
This is Gaelan Bayle's home, the man who offers to help you find Imoen near the beginning of the game. Additionally, on the second floor of his home is a thief selling some pretty decent wares. Make sure to pay him a visit.
If I recall correctly, this thief is buying fenced items too.

Unfortunately, Arledian (the upstairs merchant) does not buy stolen goods.

He has some decent scrolls. I use him to do the steal and sell loop.
