Bugging a quest for xtra xp

In chinatown, there is a quest given by one fortune teller to kill his former partner. You can either kill him for 5 xp or convince the teller (with enough persuation) to become friends again for 7 xp. But you can actually do both - first kill him and then go to the teller and convince him for a total of 12 xp
(with the bonus you get from the occult item +1 xp). Nice for a 1 minute quest

Yeah that one was funny, I went back & forth making them raise their reward
til' they were willing to gimme 80% of the cash! Couldn't raise it anymore, so I went and convinced one of them to make friends with the other and then killed that one.
After that I collected my reward from the other fellow.

I discovered that by accident. Killed the guy for him, then went back and
suddenly there was talk about them becomming friends again.
In the end i convinced him to make friends again. Poor bugger is in for a nasty
suprise if he wants to fix things up with his matey now
