Heart of *Character name*

I was just wondering if anything ever becomes of that long sword you can buy in targos that is called Heart of ________ does it ever get better? or do you ever find out their is a sword named after one of your characters? just curious

There is an enhanced versionof it in Heart of Fury mode, what does the Normal mode version do?

It has a +1 to hit and 1 cold resistance

I found it pretty useless, and I didn't see any way to upgrade it. However, you can add HoF items to yur vanilla game by using the Ease of Use mod, if you want.

The Golden Heart is pretty damn good. probably the best longsword out there. Gives Haste and Free Movement just by being equiped and gived +2 Str and +2 Dex as well. Plus you can dual wield it with something in your offhand. Doesn't hurt that it's +5 either.

That's the HOF version, right? Where did you find it? Bought it from Ulbrec's wife, just as in the original game?

Golden heart? are you sure? it is bought from Deirde Gallaway Trading post or something like that.. Ulbrec's wife is in same house as Ulbrec is..

...export them...
...then load your old game and import your PCs (with sword) back !

There's only one longsword that' more powerful than the 'Golden Heart' longsword, and let's just say that it makes non-Paladin characters green with envy.

He Heeee, Dual Wielding Golden Heart (off hand) and that other weapon (main hand) with my Paladin of Helm and let the good times (and heads) roll.
Golden Heart is also ideal for characters who have a little lower strength like Bards or Rogues. The Str and Dex bonuses really help these guys as does Haste for both it's speed increase, extra attack and improved AC.
