Witch's Wake Part 1 and Part 2: DM Guide?

Does anyone know where the hell I can get ahold of the DM guide for the currently available version of part 1 and part 2 of Witch's Wake? I'm holding a LAN party next week and really want to go through the Witch's Wake module but without the guide (which has been removed from BioWare's website). Any ideas on where I can get it?
