XP "cheats" at Rumbottom Estate

In the Rumbottom Estate, when you talk to Rumbottom himself, threaten him to fight you and he'll call the guards for help. You can get a lot of XP by repeatedly threatening Rumbottom and fighting these "guards" -- as long as you don't get the quest item requested by Ophala from one of the chests in Rumbottom's room. I have managed to increase my Clvl this way although it will entail a lot of time as well ;-)... Note also, that no alignment changes happen when you threaten Rumbottom so (theoretically) you can raise your Clvl as much as you want. I have installed the recent v1.64 patch so I am not sure if this is a bug.
