help about multiplayer mode...

Hi, i have a question: How can you LOAD your multiplayer game after you SAVED it?
I know that when you are in multiplayer (as a st for example) and press ESC you see the SAVE option. I use it and save the game, but after that i dont know how to load it.
It doesn appear in the LOAD section.
