I'm stuck at lvl 2 with color pool and colors, i've collected all 4 chains and i have put them at the pedestals. Now i use the color pool and it shows me 6 colors, i follow the colors and use pedestals, nothing happens or it just spawns little red dragon... but the door wont open, i've tryed 50 times and it just wont open...

i've patched the game to version 1.62.

does anyone know how to open that door? is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

Only thing I can think of is that you aren't following the correct sequence if the small red dragon like thingy spawns.
So I would say you should try a few more time to be 110% sure you are following the right sequence.
(By the way - the sequence is random from game to game I belive, so it isn't possible to give the sequence).

Otherwise you have encountered a sever bug which I've not heard about, so can't really help you there.
Try reloading to an earlier game, especially if you have one from before you entered this second area of Undermountain.

There is a console command that can make you "teleport" (dm_jumptopoint <x> <y> <area>)but I never used that so I do not know excatly how it works, and how much of the game plot it (could) break.
Reloading if you are 110% sure that you is proberly my only advice. Although you could try to contact Bioware support and see if they have knowlegde of a possible bug with that puzzle.

i've tryed about 100 times now, and i am sure i follow the right pattern, i tryed reloading to earlier point but no use, the door is shut and stays shut.

well, i'll go now and test that teleport if it works, lets just hope that it doesn break up the plot.

btw, emailed to bioware about this, didnt get answer though...

ok, dm_jumptopoint 90 90 <- that worked for me, and teleported behind that jammed door, got it in the first try... beginners luck.

Thanks for the help, it didnt even seem to mess up the quests etc.

I know this thread is old, but the same exact thing happened to me. Also, the pattern won't randomize, it's consistently G, R, Y, P, G, P. go figure.
