Did you see Star Forge icon on map? click on it then click on travel. (it is appeared on map after you go to unknown world.

NONONO before even doing that make sure that you have gone into the big old temple thingy to turn off the shield aroudn the world, go and find one of the types of Rakata(sorry for the spelling i havent played i a few months) and just folow along and do what you have to once you meet bastilaa on the roof you may leave(after touching console)
