Noobish question from a non-noob... (hotu start *spoiler*)

Just started HotU... and of course lost all my items, as always. Thing is... I cannot remember wether or not I'll ever get them back. It has been a damn long time since I last played it.
A hazy rest of memory tells me "no", but I'm not entirely sure...

Hmm care to elaborate on that "most of"?
Oh and thanks for adding the spoiler - although it's not much of a spoiler if it happens in the very first second of the expansion module, isn't it?

Well if people learn about what happens to get your equipment back, it is really a spoiler, and also for people who haven't started it.
Not got that far yet, but I guess you only get your higher level items, which should be, I would guess, pretty redundant in HotU.

Well - I never got any of my bags of holding back for instance. Besides this I'm sure there were some other items (which I can't remember).
But I mostly got all my stuff back, including unusable plot-items
As for spoiler...
thoese who haven't started hotu yet, wouldn't know about the theft, and the fact that you can get it back again

Just came across that certain chest...
And you're exactly right... basically everything is there, save for my bags of holding and one other magic container that I had. All of my
most beloved priceless trinkets were there, though. Funny thing is, I'm not 100% sure wether or not I really plundered that chest during my first HotU playthrough, too or actually managed to miss it... whatever.
Took me half an hour to re-re-organize my whole inventory, by the way...

PS: anyone know of a HotU merchant selling Bags Of Holding in Act II? *eyes his encumberance* Mostly stuff that I don't want to sell yet, with the price capping and all...
