Why are there missing two spells in HotU???
Evil Blight and Tide of battle are Cleric and Wizard/Sorcerer spells, but you can not learn them. When you are a wizard and tries to add them to a spellbook it says that "you can only learn arcane spells". Is there a reson for this? was the spells too powerful or something.

In the absence of certian spells/feats etc it can only be that they did not fit into the game without dumbing them down and making them weak. Too strong, so they left them out.
