Silverback (spoiler)

ok i went and killed that wolf that was eating the cows in chapter 2 for the farmer guy but when i return with silverback's head he isnt there.
is he supposed to not be there and supposed to be somewhere else or is it a glitch?

That is strange, it seems like a bug, when both of you have had this problem. Maybe you could try and write bioware support, and see if they have any idea.
The only idea I has to try and work around this, would be try and spawn him in using the dm_spawncreature console command, however for some reason I can't seem to spawn him in myself. (I get a wierd character/creature spawn instead).
the tag should be m2q3e_pete, although it dosen't work for me which it normally does. But maybe you could try this - might work for you.
This will however spawn him into your party (summon) - just talk to him if you manage to spawn him - and then unsummon him afterwards.
Besides this - I'm at a loss and can't really help. Sorry.
