Kuroisan the coward

Hi all. I'm new to gamebanshee and I want to start with a problem. I installed the tactics mod and was fighting and beating Kuroisan.
I had him with no stoneskin, no PFMW, etc, when he ran inside the shadow thief guildhall and disappeared off the face of the earth!
What gives?! Any advice would be welcome.

When you take too much time to beat him he flee...........or sometimes he just teleport away when you try to stay invisble or rest .........

So he just runs away, never to return? And I can't have Sanchutokku? What a &*!£$&%.

Any idea when? And can he attack while you're in spellhold / underdark / sahuagin city? Also, if he doesn't reappear before I commit to suldanessalar, could I CLUA him in. (ps: I'm a big dummy and don't know how to use the CLUA console yet).

Try to rest a lot and see if he returns or when he is about to flee you just CTRL+Y him........
