I spent a couple hours making this item, I got the Idea from the Warp Touch disease which can be found in the Book of Vile Darkness. It has a couple holes in it and i didnt bother to write any statistics for it for instance, price, usage, etc plz comment Its a little big to put into this box so check out the attachment

I like it, its a huge risk to use though and i probably wouldnt on a character, but the concept is very cool indeed.

It has some funny events.
Let the players decide if they want to take it and have a good laugh.

Perhaps you should through a d10/2 instead of 1d6-1? That's more commen, but it doesn't really matter.

Lots of stuff there. Good work. Will keep the players guessing on the outcome even if they drink many of the same potions.

I think I'm going to use it, if you don't mind that is.

This I think is a silly statement. Let's face it, if he did mind, would you then actually not use it??? If you would, why?? How would he know? Presumably you mean to use it in a P&P game that is pretty much just your friends, and not in a commercial product. So is the statement then just another way of saying "I like the Item" or are you really asking permission?

Just thought I'd be a pain in the but for a minute! lol

thanks there are some or well lots of loops holes in it but yea its a cool idea none the less. the majority of characters wouldnt even go near this potion but for the few that would its fun to have around. the only thing is there isnt any 500's so if youy roll a 6-1 you are i nthe 500's and thats a mistake so if your actaully planning on using it if they roll a 6 for the hundreds number just make that the roll twice more thing so it works ok. I like making items that require me to put alot of time in and i like makinmg big lists like that if u got ne more idea post um doggies kthxbye

Just a loos comment, but if he really not wanted me to, then I woudn't use it.

I realy appreicte the time you spent in making the list. It seemes like an Advanced Deck of Many Things, however as a potion.

First off all... The list is a too long.
You could easily shorten it by taking out some of the repeats.
