Hello everybody.

I have a problem. When I wear the puzzle ring I can´t see the suposed arrows pointing de astral doors. Anyway I found the first one and killed the first guardian. I changed into an earth elemental and go through the door. Here is where the problem starts. I have read that i'm suposed to see some trolls but I don't and I can see the pillars of the next door but I cannot go through it. I have try to wear and unwear the puzzle ring but the door doesn´t seem to appear.
What can I do? I cannot go anywhere else. Any idea?

The only thing I can think of at the moment is if your game is patched to 1.62 (the good ole standard question).

Secondly - I'd try to restart the module/chapter once more (shouldn't miss that much) to see if it occurs again.

Other then this I have no real advice, other then trying to contact Bioware or Atari support, to hear if it is a known problem.
