Different approaches work differently for different people, but..
In addition you may want to consider valarian root pills and similar herbal relaxants, and maybe also a cup of chamomile tea or something before finally hitting the sheets.
I have been blending together bananas, soymilk (I hate cow's milk), berries, peaches, nectarines or oranges and a scoop of quality protein powder. You may want to consider giving this a try. It has made an amazing difference to my energy levels and general outlook on life
DW, I've tryed some things yesterday... and yes, you are right, I'm very better today. Before going to bed, I washed my feet in hot water to relax my musculature, then I went to my bedroom, and kept 20 minutes of concentration, leavin thoughts to make theyr own way through my mind. Then I picked up a book, read a bit and slept. It was something bout 9 pm when I turned off the light and I woke up today, at 7:30 am, with my backs muscles in pain, but very better. I was late, but took the breakfast... and as I was in the car, heading to the school, I was eating an apple to complete my breakfast. (yes, driving... dont worry, I'll be fine). I also avoided all kind of coffe, and had some tea (erva cidreira, a calming herb) for today. I dont like bananas much, but soymilk may be cool. Lavender? I dunno, but I'm alergic to parfum (never using it myself) but It will not hurt to give it a look.

(I'm really dry. I havent met many people lately, and things are not so good. When I have the time, the girls dont.) For example, this weekend, one of my favourite ladies asked me to go with her to her parents house on Rio de Janeiro. I cant go, cause I must finish my school project, that you'll call paper. And this is really disapointing. So much for the youareyoungandhasnoproblems thing.
...another thing that's helping me relax is sadly illegal in most of the world... *sigh*... I think, I'm not even allowed to say it here...
