Inet PW servers

Can anybody recommend any PW Inet servers?
(PW = Persistent World)
I have been to a few, either the DM's is to lazy to control the server or the xp range in the world is way too poorly. Meaning forexsampel its almost impossible to lvl from 6 - 10, cause there isnt any mobs at that lvl.
Plz give the reason why the server is good, if you reply on this thread.
