he suffered fatal head trauma in the mortuary, but now i can't find his corpse. (if you can call a dead head a corpse. not too sure...) does he go anywhere when he dies? should I search around a little more? i don't have any good saves and i've been playing for too long to start over.

also: if the nameless one dies; are there any major repercussions?

You won't be able to find Morte's corpse, nor does he seem to miss it. (In fact, judging from his remarks regarding the way female corpses look at him, Morte is in pure denial.) As for reprecussions upon your PC's death--no. Nothing he can't live with.

I should have been more specific;

I can't find his head or any part of him since after he has been killed. I would like to revive him with my trusty spell.

I guess I should just go on and fight for his honor and memory?

You mean, you got in a battle in the mortuary, and now you can't locate him? You should be able to revive him (if you have the appropriate power, at this point); if not, look around for any inventory he might have been carrying. He has to be there.

You have to use the spell on his portrait.
