The Deamon of Selfish

I am in the Hell and I have a problem with the trial of the Deamon of Selfish,I am a Ranger (Stalker) and if I choose to leave kill a NPC and after resurrect him, I loose my class of a ranger and I become a decaied ranger.
I tried to remove npc from my party before to do the trial but the result is the same!
How I can do? I don't want loose my stats (Max hitpoints, dexterity, ect.)!

You'll have to give up your stats. You only lose a bit of your hp. If you really don't use a bow that often, the dexterty loss is ok, and you should have enough xp. You're probably going to fight alot of beholders and demons so you will regain your lost xp.

Do you have a save game from when you first ended up in hell? Some people have reported that if they saved the Wrath test (Sarevok) for last, they were able to choose the "EVIL" path for the other tests, and still receive the "GOOD" award and keep their original alignment. You might want to try this by doing the Selfish test first, to see if it keeps your Ranger from falling. Otherwise, you'll just have to take a hit.

yea, i sucessfully chose 1.5 evil paths and still end up having good alignment's reward at the end. but i didn't choose to kill my friend though i chose to kill the green dragon and steal that good sword
