Portraits - Import customs

Probably posted already, but could someone shoot me over some sites to grab some custom portraits.
Also have a question concerning my game play order of events:
In my quest to "get Imoen" quickly - I did not quest too much in chapters 2 and 3, rather I have since rescued Imoen and now find my path into the Underdark. Am I correct in that I will be able to "see the light of day" again and complete the many quests I left open?
Lastly, It has been some time since I returned to my Stronghold (I did only once since aquiring (DeArnise - I am a Fighter))
... Will my lack of attention cause problems? (will be about 3-4 weeks, maybe more - since returning)

Yes you can do most of them after coming back from the Underdark.

Time stops while you are gone to the Underdark. So your Stronghold should be ok.
