Hi, now morrowind is a huge place, with many many many many areas and caves well off the beaten path, and you probably wont stumble across them on your own. Its probably been done before, but I couldn't find it, and I thought it would be kinda cool if you have semi-secret areas (such as underwater grottos, thank you musicalassasin) that you could share, because I for one would like to find new places. thanks.

theres another grotto in the swamps west of Seyda Neen.

There is an ancestral tomb on one of the island south east of Sheogorad where there is a very nice constant effect ring held by the vampire Marara.

Check this site. And there's a lot of other really good and helpful Morrowind or Elder Scrolls sites out there. Just put the spell 'Google' in your spellbook.
