i want to make a ce fortify health item, because on +100 difficulty, bloodmoon is kind of hard. (i need to heal... sometimes :P ) well, i was wondering, because when you make ce health, it takes up so many enchantment points (and i only get 1-1 health with most items), what would be the best item to make it with. thanks

p.s. im looking to get maybe restore 5-10 hp with one item, if thats possible.

I'd suggest esquisite (sp?) rings and amulets. They have about 120 enchantment points, so you should be able to do quite a bit with that.

oh, and I was able to get 1-10 for fortify attributes, but that was with two attributes with 1-10 each. If you're doing just fortify health, then you should be able to get 5-10 without too much touble.

are you talking about fortify health or restore health?

Well either way... I wouldn't waste my time on fortifying health. The way I get health is I took an entire exquisite clothing set, including jewelry, robe and skirt, and enchanted them with fortify endurance. Since how many health points you gain is one tenth your endurance. So if you have 100 endurance, you gain 10 points a level. Me I have 244 endurance, when I where the clothing. However, I only where it when I go to sleep before I level. Then I put my armor back on after I’ve done that. So my character easily has over 2000 hp.

Although for restore health. An exquisite ring or amulet can only give you 4 points a second each. Since they only have a charge of 120. However I heard that a daedric tower shield gives you a charge of 250, meaning you can get 8-10 points a second if you wear it. Me I just made an exquisite ring that has restore 3 points of health a second plus 4 points of fatigue a second. I never become fatigued, because of it and that’s usually just what I wear.

I made an exquisite ring with CE restore health 1-7 points, it's very nice. You just put it on till it gives 6 or 7 points health a sec, but mabey its better to put restore fatigue in the same ring.

Taunt Hesleth and kill him. His ring is incredible. CE restore Fatigue 10 points, CE restore health 10 points, 100% resist magicka, 100% reflect, and some other stuff.

Who is Hesleth? And where can I find him?

He's the king of Morrowind. You need Tribunal. Also, don't do it until you've finished the Tribunal main quest since he's key to its story. I know Woops has beaten Tribunal, so its safe for him to kill Hesleth.

You need a grand soul gem with a golden saint in to do CE, right? So does anyone who of a mage who sells scrolls of summon golden saint? I would really like to do it the easy way since my char is only level 11, and does anyone sell grand soul gems?

Thanks, kudos.

I'm pretty sure that the enchanter woman on the top floor of the Balmora Mage's guild sells scrolls of sumon golden saint. As for grand soul gems, you might just have to look in caves and stuff; I'm not sure if anyone sells them.

You can kill him, he has no part in Bloodmoon.

refer to this site for information on all spell locations:

Scrolls are too expensive, just buy the spell. If you dont have the amount of magicka needed to cast, simply get some cash and Enchant an item with the Summon Spell and you'll still get the same effect.

It still costs a but load of money to enchant an item with a spell like gold saint. I suggest to wait untill later in the game to make an item like that. Otherwise I use the scrolls early on. A scroll is only a few hundred, the spell to enchant will be in the tens of thousands.

Also I suggest not looking for grand soul gems, just go to Azuras shrine and get the reuseable Azuras Star (a better soul gem.)

Well you can spend a few hundred on a scrolls many many many times for however you need (which is quite a few, for a lot of people) you will find that you spend less money my way than his.. Economics gentlemen, a large loss at one time or a small one, many many times.. Choices are drawn before you, its entirely up to you though..

when you say that Azura's Star is reusable, do you mean that when you can use it to enchant an item, you will still be able to use Azura's Star again later?

--------Sorry, Off Topic--------

Uh yeah, Azura's Star is a rare item, that is commonly known. It's a soul gem you get from Azura(the goddess) for completing a quest she gives you. After you capture a soul, put it in the soul gem, and then put it into an item, you can reuse the same soul gem.

Azura’s Shrine is in the SE end of Morrowind. Check your map, it’s there. Find it, go inside, she gives you a quest to rid an island from monsters, do it, return, Azura’s Star ends up in your inventory. Just she says don’t disturb her worshipper. So if you see a small hut on the island, don’t go in. Because not disturbing her is part of the quest and you will not get the Star.

If you have any more questions, there have been many questions on Azura's star in this forum.
